My front carb on my 1970 Elan S4,Se. leaks fuel bad, I did replace the Float Chamber 'O' ring, It is now fine, But ,When the elec fuel pump runs, it seems to leak out of the oveflow tube, I think I have a Float, or Float cut off problem..Are the Floats supposed to be 1/2 Full of liquid?? Mine are, If I want to rebuild the Pair, do any US members advise Apple Hydraulics in NY?..

Track=true A UK dealer has NOS, 175-CD 2, carbs for $69.95 US, But they look different than mine, They appear to be for a TR8, Will they work on my 1970 Stromberg Head?? Also, how will the rubber parts be on a New Old Stock Stromberg carb after 25 years on a shelf?? Any other help on my Carb dilema would be great.. Thanks, Tim Moore, USA
