The modular, scalable devices of the 26xxA series were developed as ATE systems in order to perform precision DC, impulse and low frequency AC source measure tests. With the so-called Embedded Test Script Processor (TSP) command sequences are programmed and downloaded to the device; these sequences are executed automatically, independent from any PC operating system.
